Social media is not just a fun way to keep in touch with friends. Individuals, small business, and even big companies can use social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+ to build their brand and reach more people every day. In fact, most businesses now have a profile site created for them on at least one social media site. But nearly half of all firms don't know how to leverage the full potential of this marketing tool.
