Hello Assassin,

In the current condition of your site it's almost impossible to have the rate bigger than PR0. You have to fix a lot of things.

First of all, it's not a good practice to use a lot of Flash and other images without any text content on a site. The only way Search Engines work is looking at you site content, comparing content with the title, description and keywords, analyzing, etc.
Only after that the appropriate PR is assigned and you have Google ranking.

When I looked at your site keywords density, I found a lot of bugs at http://www.johhnyandmack.com/

1. Page KEYWORD Tag is out of sequence - should be after TITLE and DESCRIPTION META Tags
2. META Keywords is MISSING a word that is in either the TITLE or META Description
3. Page text is ABSOLUTE POSITIONED out of bounds - spam violation.
4. There is no text content relevant to your title, description and keywords

You should fix it, otherwise your site will always keep its current status.
Sorry for such critique, but I think you really care about what happen with your site. I hope it will help :D

Have a great day

Google don't care about key words, even don't care about page title, mostly the content of the pages and the links in and out
