Lost indexed Google Pages

Is google doing any sort of update? I just lost all 60 of my pages in the index except for my home page...I still have a page rank of 2, but all the other pages are not in the index...

What gives?

It happens all the time with them, it will be back soon just like Vistadivine said. They have taken my pages out like 3 times already, but they are back within 1 day!

It has happened to me before, and the pages returned within a day, but it has been a few days this time around...I just hope they come back soon...it is severely affecting my traffic...

Its been almost a week...my pages still haven't returned. I hope I didn't do anything to make Google upset and remove my pages...

Well, I've got my pages back in Google after about a week...but some of the cached pages...I should say, Most of the cached pages are months old...and not showing the changes I've made most recently...how do you make googlebot crawl deeper into your site and update all of the pages?

I do have many links on my homepage leading to all of the other pages...so it shouldn't be hard for the spider to follow the links.

I have been link building for some time now...I have about 150 links currently...I try to get most of them from quality related websites...I add about 3 or 4 a week...

How do you check backlinks? I use linkpopularity.com to check sometimes....I know I have some sites that don't have a pagerank. That's because I was exchanging links a lot when I didn't have a pagerank myself...but I have started only accepting link exchanges with site that have a rank of 3 or higher...

I know I should be more aggressive in link exchanging, but it just takes so much time...
