Only home page indexed after 2 months submission

The pages are optimized

I didn't notice you use <meta name="robots"... to make it more friendly to the robots. I also don't know what happen on your other pages because it looks like the source is locked and I can't read it. If you really locked them for some reason, you might lock them for the robots as well.

Talking about your robots.txt file, there is a lot of Disallowed pages, guess you don't expect them to be indexed.

I'm not a big expert in robots.txt syntax, so I have know idea how "Disallow: /*?" might affect indexing your other pages you mentioned.

Definitely I'd remove the robots.txt. it should be just be present when you have some duplicate content that you don't want to be indexed. Otherwise it can just mess up your site in SEs
