how much is keyword reserch is important? When i post any content on my site is everytime i need to do keyword research for title which i place for content. Is this also that much of important that the promotion we do?

please help me with this.

When you do keyword research ,you should take the power of your website in google and other major search engines. Keyword research is different for new sites and older reputable sites. For a new site always better pick low competitive keywords.

As per my point of view i think keyword research is most key function in SEO, from that we can know how many people are using particular keyword for searching & it can give you more idea about your products!!!!!
