I want to ask, what is the meaning of ling tailed key words? Key words are necessary for content writing in web sites but should we change key words in every 3/4 months of gap?

The best thing is Keyword analysis. Analyze the best keywords and see if it was searchable always and look for the keywords competition as well.

For keyword analysis you can use Google Adwords. There you can generate your keywords and see popularity of each of generated keywords.

Keywords are important words on a web page which are taken to represent the overall content of that page. It is important to choose the right keywords so that people will be able to find your hubs (or blogs or websites as the same principles apply), but it is also very important if you want to make money from adsense that you create pages that are associated with keywords that advertisers are willing to pay highly for.

Focusing more on how keywords will be used properly in each sentence would be excellent!

Keyword is the basic thing on which your whole SEO effort relies, if you choose the wrong keyword, all of your SEO efforts will be spoiled.

You've left about keyword density which is very important.It should be within 3-5%.
