We actually check the reciprocal link weekly. we check if our site is removed from their site

once a week is enough to check your backlinks... i'm using one software that detects whether my link partners erased my links from their site...

It is not possible to check reciprocal link on daily basis.

Well, it depend on you Or you may check your links once a week. It would be enough.

I always check my page rank, etc. on SEOmoz. Through that I check my referral links and take a look at which ones are effective and which ones are not. Gives me a good clue about where to go from there as well.

I use back link checker tools to keep a tab on my links every two weeks.

yes basically in a week i will check all my keywords . But on regular basis it is not possible for me .

It is always better to check your links regularly to know what do you need to adjust to and to know whether those links are still working..

It can be done on weekly basis.

A minimum of 1 per month depending on the work load. I trying make it as frequent as possible.

Weekly analysis is enough for link checking. Because it takes time to get approved so its fine to check the approval status on weekly basis.
