I am looking to purchase a site www.costumes.com from one of my suppliers. How much do you think this domain is worth?

It's WORTH and its COST can be poles apart. If it's PR 9 and has 500,000 links on Google - not to mention other SEs - then it could be worth the equivalent of winning the National Lottery every week for ten years.
No links and ZERO PR and I guess on a bad day it would go for $80 - a good day and keen buyer and it may make $600 -$800.
If it were me I'd offer $100 and if that didn't buy it I'd look for another to register - MyCostumes/TopCostumes/A1costumes/costumesRus/A1fashion/dressright/smarteroutfits etc. Think your own up and if the .com version has gone there may be the .us/.uk/.eu versions available.
It may be good having a one-word com - it is also good to have a three-word.com with each word a keyword (TopFashionCostumes for instance.)
