A new web site buisness, Need SEO help

I am new at this and I am trying to ge my internet business off the ground with little or no secess at all. Would someone like to tell me what I am doing wrong because I have tryed search engines all 250 major search engines and over a thousand small search engines with little or no ranking or anything else. I realy need help and a better understanding of this thing called the web. As you can see I am a novis at this and have no clue on what to do. I have build my site Myitseasy a componay of E-Profits which I have found out from the SLC Utah Camber of commarus That they do not have a very good track record with their customers complaints and problems. They are quick to take you money but realy dont help that much. I have got the temp plate from this company and have buildet my own business. I realy need some help. This has cost me over 15,000.00 already since July of 2006 and I haven't had a sale yet. FI have over 800 items on my site with womens and mens fragrances,colognes,womens cosmetics,hand bags,electronics,and cameras. Can anybody give me some insite? DON YEARY

change to
women and mens fragrances,colognes,cosmetics,health care,womens name brand hand bags,electronics,cameras, from parfumsareus.com.
the first thing the spiders read is your domain name when its the keywords they should be reading for this your site will be slightly penalised

Keep things simple
Some search engines don't like redirects

redirects can help you a alot... 301 helped me and give me good results!
