I dont think so. Uploading files again and again have no logic with searching because the site you uploading is still same.

Uploading files has nothing to do with ranking.
Maybe the se will visit if there are changes.

Why to upload again and again once you have uploaded, try to invite spiders by working hard at SEO, getting high PR relevant backlinks, adding unique content etc…
Don’t forget to submit xml sitemap it will be helpful.

XML sitemap are very useful they provide you better options and help spiders in crawling your site.
You should visit http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html for greater info. It is official site of sitemap with a very good section of FAQ.

The Google sitemaps is useful as you serve your entire site to Google. It´ll help to make your whole site spiderable

There is no benefits of uploading a site again but if make some changes like add new contants and then upload.It will be good.
