Indexing Frames

Hi All,
I have recently put my new photography site http://www.railgallery.co.uk on-line, the site is made up of three frames.
Google has indexed each one so if I do a search for my site and click the wrong link I will be taken to one frame - so for instance I could click from google and end up looking at just my top frame or menu frame rather than my whole site.
Is there any way around this other than dropping frames all together?
