finish submitting my site to directories... made article... join in forums too... what else could i do to have my website a better ranking?

Start a massive linking campaign. Find the sites that are relevant to yours and get a link on their site. The more quality links you have pointing to your site, the better ranking you have. Make sure that your site is well optimized and keep it fresh. If you do this and keep linking, your site will get up there on the rankings!
