Crawling and Indexing plays important role in SEO. If the website isn't indexed, it won't be visible in the SE (for the first time)

Do you mean if any of the pages are indexed in google, it will get the ranking without any effort?

I Said once index the URL it will get easily Rank the website, But Need to do step by step SEO Process.

Agreed, even after your page is indexed you have to do work to rank your website in the top SERPs.

okay! It will rank the website in the top 100/200 but to be in the top 10 step by step SEO is required!
