Why We Unable Got Leads from SEO?

Hi all,
We are doing SEO optimization for one of our client websites. Why we are unable to generate more than 10 to 20 leads for small projects. But Google ads campaign generate more leads compare with SEO.

It seems like you've tarted the wrong keywords or targeted users on the wrong platform!

Can you be more specific? 10 to 20 leads per day/week/month/year?
Also, what's their niche? what kind of product do they serve or service they provide? That will help to understand the market's user demand.

Need to optimize and promote on relavance keywords. Content Marketing Stratergy help for getting more leads.
Optimize website on properly and Update on fresh Content.
