What's wrong with my BOLD text?

The terms in Bold text at the bottom of my webpage in the first sentence of the first paragraph of my site. When I use NL Ranks to spider my site, it does not recognize it as Bold text. Why?

There is no other bold text to compare it to. Maybe it removed the formatting when spidering and removes tags like bold, italic etc.
Bold text alone will not make a difference in ranking, but it helps with other on-page factors in order to help SE's determine your page theme.
