Need help with the HTLM link code

I am 77 years old and depend upon my website for my living. I need to bring up the ranking of my webpage through links but I don't know how to write the link code for my page.
Would someone for a reasonable fee write the link for me in HTML?

The link I want to use is

http://karohs.com (Hyperlink)
KAROHS International School of Handwriting Analysis (anchor text)
Become a professional Handwriting Analyst!
Books and Certification courses

I wanted the anchor text bold and everything centered.
Any help would be appreciated.
