(SMO) Social Media Optimization is a marketing technique wherein you are generating publicity thru social media, online communities/groups/websites.

Social Bookmarking is part of SMO, a way of sharing information/content, video, or photos in a website community.

thanks for the link ka-canor , which is much better to use ? social bookmarking and social media site. They said that social bookmarking can just give a temporary traffic and does not give quality result.

I like bookmarking. I just tried a service that got me 25 bookmarks. It helped pick up my traffic on my site. The service did a good job. I had asked about it earlier and thought I would just try it out for myself and see if it helped. Good results from me!
