SEO your site of course! you have to read SEO books online and then back to this community if you don't understand some terms on it...

If you want to see your website in search engine result page then you have to do search engine optimzation properly and try to get back links from high quality website which should be relevant to your website.

You don't need to submit your URL to SE's.. Let SE's find and index your site by doing SEO..

If you want that ur site appear in search engine result page for some keywords. you have to do on page and off page optimization for these keywords.

There is no need to submit to search ingines.Just try to get some quality backlinks and submit your site to directories.

You don't need to submit your site in any SEs. If you'll just do proper search engine optimization, you'll get noticed by them
