is it allowed to post a website's address for review here?
I would like to have your feedback for my website in a SEO eye.

Instead of asking for assistance to win the contest I believe it would be more beneficial to you to expain that you have entered the contest and that you are hoping to win a cash prize for SEO placement.
Explain the contest rules and guidelines and then simply see if people here are willing to give you pointers on ranking quickly in Google.
See what results people are getting with blogs and links if you are allowed to use those in the contest.
I do not believe you will find anyone willing to help you win a contest, but if you present the information you would like to know with specific ranking questions then I believe you will get the answers you seek.
Try searching for "google ranking tips pointers" on your favorite search engine. The information you learn will help you to rank sites in the future for yourself and will also give you a better understanding of the SEO process. This, in my opinion, will be far more valuable to you than the $1000.00 cash prize!!
