Try to install some mod that will help you get rid of dynamical urls.SE (especially Google) does not like it.

you must look for SEO-friendly forums that are easily crawled by search engines, try to observe on people's link being counted by SE's...

Find SEO related forum it will help in getting back inks as wll as trafic.
