From what I have heard asp.net is very search engine friendly if used correctly. There are components in there that need to be used properly. My guess is to treat it like any other dynamic based wesbite, which is to make sure all your pages have unique titles and meta tags and try to stay away from long URL's with too many parameters. My guess is that there might be an option to convert your long URL's to shorter search engine freindly verisons, but if not, look into a way of doing this using 3rd party scripts or software.
Also, if you have a database driven or shopping cart based site, make sure all your item pages also have unique title tags. One way to do this is to make your item names get pulled out to the Title tags.
