Yep, SEO techniques are time consuming. But it gives best results. SEO helps in getting targeted traffic. But if you want to pay for traffic then Google Adwords is good.

I would not trust traffic offer on Ebay...read the reviews of the seller....many of this type of traffic is junk and not targetted, usually the may be exit traffic from someone's site.

If you want to pay for traffic the go to Overture.com or Google Adwords and buy keyword based cost-per-click advertising.

Many eBay sellers who sell the traffic services are not good. Overture probably is the best way to advertise your site. PPC, I think the most cost effective. They offer not just traffic but targeted based on your keywords, so it's better.

SEO IS time consuming. Some do both, which is a great strategy especially those who think time is money...

If you need to compete with so many others, PPC is probably better. It's quick and save time. You can put money on SEO campaign but this would still take time.
