Which service do you suggest I invest in?

Hey guys, I'm planning on putting a website soon selling only one product but I simply do not have the time to do everything needed to make it a successful website. I had planned on purchasing a service to do some of the work for me, but my budget is rediculously low. Would it be a better investment to invest in a sales copy service to write my 8-10 page of long copy for me, or to invest in search engine optimization and help get me listed and well known? Remember, my page doesn't even exist yet. Just trying to plan ahead, and get a good game plan down. I figured I could purchase my sales copy, because I've read that this can literally make or break the sale process and start by buying PPC advertising. Do you think this would work or would it be a smarter choice to write my own copy and invest in search engine optimization? ANY helpful comments and postings would be much appreciated!
