You may also create new or fresh quality content so a high traffic site may link unto you, my friend did one post and after a day some popular site owner put his link into his site and his traffic is tripled ! Good Luck

If these things they suggest doesl not work for you I think you must double your effort, if nothing happens then you should check and review what you are doing, maybe you did something wrong or something!
