It looks like you have to work on relevancy of your title and description.
Try to use some tools, like submit express analyzer http://www.submitexpress.com/analyzer/ So far there is poor relevancy for your major tags.
To improve it you have to use your important keywords from content, apply them within your title and description. Try to make them friendly to read it, not just stuffed with keywords. Google loves when the title and description are friendly. Currently your title and description are similar, try to make them different.

try to make it natural as possible and don't stuff it with your target KWs.. that's the best thing that you can do.

For me application of keyword density, prominence and proximity is what I think best for my site's title and description!

You can use your keywords as part of your title but don't make it spammy. Select the best description that is best describe your site and it's content.
