Asking about Yahoo Directory

Last month i bought Yahoo Directory for one of my websites. Yahoo accepts only website that has ENG version so i have to translate to ENG version.

Question

1. Now i want to but it again for another my website but i'm lazy to translate it.
So is it possible if i create my site in ENG version that is not the same in my main version.

In ENG version, it may have 5 menus
Now in main version, it have 50 menus. Lasy to translate

2. Yahoo Directory : PR 7
but inside (Web Hosting Directory has no PR) so it will help?. i buy yahoo cause i want PR, my hot competitors also buy Yahoo too.
It's necessary to put my site on the webpage that has high PR?
if inside the web (not home page )doesnot have high PR. it will not help to boost my PR and SERP?
