Any tool to get the Search Engine results?

It becomes a long process to check manually to get the SE position daily. Moreover one has to note down the search results. If there is any tool to get the Search Engine results with all these features.

It would be preferbly in perl or php script.

You can get that at google webmaster help center. They have tools but I don't know if they have that exact tool you are discribing. I hope that helped alittle. DON YEARY.
