Are you keeping up on your optimization for each site. You need to do this in order to stay up top on the search engines. Did the orders you got seem somewhat suspicious in anyway. When I first started my site, I had a lot of orders and thought that it was way to quick. Well I was right, I found out that there are people out there that have a lot of peoples credit cards and find new sites to purchase things from. Most of my orders were fraud, so make sure that the people that purchased from you were honest customers. If they were, then you need to keep on optimizing your site and gaining your link popularity to get your sites more visitors.

I think this is due to google algo.. I also had same experiece. For some keyword, site ranks well, a few days later, you can't find it.
